When will my order ship?
Orders usually ship in 1–2 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
How long does delivery take?
For most small parcel orders, 5–8 business days after shipping. Freight items may take 1–2 weeks.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, standard ground shipping is free for non-oversized orders over $99 (within the 48 contiguous U.S. states).
Who do you ship with?
USPS, UPS, or FedEx for standard orders. Freight carriers for oversized items.
What qualifies as an oversized or freight item?
Items like kayaks, SUPs, surfboards, masts over 490, sails over 7.8, cargo boxes, and trailers ship via freight.
How do you handle oversized item shipping?
- We’ll contact you with the shipping cost after you order.
- You’ll receive a separate invoice for freight.
- Once that’s paid, we ship your item.
How much does freight shipping cost?
- $150 to commercial addresses
- $200 to residential addresses
Rates apply to most SUPs, surfboards, and similar gear unless part of a promo.
Can I expedite shipping?
No, expedited shipping is not available—especially not for freight orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but through mail forwarding services like ShipItTo, USGoBuy, or MyUS.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories?
Yes, but please contact us for a quote and delivery options.
Do I need to be home for freight delivery?
Yes. Someone must be present to accept and sign for the delivery.
Will the freight carrier bring it to my door?
Freight deliveries are curbside only during business hours. Signature required.
Can I schedule the freight delivery time?
Yes. The freight company will contact you to schedule a time window. Keep your contact info accurate.
Why haven’t I gotten a tracking number yet?
If it’s been less than 2 business days, please be patient. We’ll send tracking once your order ships.
Why did I get charged extra for shipping after checkout?
Freight charges are estimated at checkout. If there's a difference, we’ll contact you before proceeding.

What’s your return window?
You have 30 days to return an item in original and unused condition.
How do I return an item?
Submit an RMA request form [link or location]. We’ll take it from there.
Is there a restocking fee?
Yes:

What if my item is damaged or defective?
We’ve got your back. Contact us immediately with photos. We’ll help resolve it fast.
Do I need to inspect my delivery before accepting it?
Yes! Especially for freight:
- Check the box for damage before signing.
- Take photos and note any issues on the receipt.
- Refuse the shipment if damage is obvious.
What if the freight driver won’t let me inspect the package?
Note “Driver refused to open box” on the receipt and take pictures. That’s your proof if something’s wrong.
What if I find damage after opening the box?
Contact us immediately with pictures and full details.
Can I return used gear?
Only if it’s defective. Otherwise, we only accept unused, original condition returns.
Do I pay for return shipping?
Yes, unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
