Returns of Defective and Damaged Items

Items shipped from our store are guaranteed to be free of material and labor defects. However, if it was damaged during transit or a manufacturing defect is present that had not been detected when the item was shipped, we will initiate a hassle-free return process to ensure your satisfaction with our service.

How to Avoid Possible Return Issues

Please follow our instructions on inspecting items you receive to avoid possible return issues with a freight company or a manufacturer.

Standard Delivery

For non-freight deliveries please notify us immediately upon receipt and provide complete information with images of the defected or damaged item. Failure to do so within 1-2 business days of delivery may result in carriers not being able to accept and process our claim.

Freight Delivery

It is important that you take pictures and make notations on the receipt or bill of lading of any tears, dents and other imperfections you notice on the box to have a proof that the possible damage may have occurred during transit. If the box appears severely deformed or torn so that it gives you sufficient reasons to believe that items inside of it might be broken or missing, ask the driver to open the box in order to count and inspect the items. Please take pictures, make notations and refuse the shipment if the items are damaged. If the driver refuses to open the box make a notation "Driver refused to open box". Please remember that notations on the receipt and pictures are the only proof to claim against the freight company. If there is no damage to the box and you reveal that the items are damaged after you open it, contact us immediately and provide complete information with pictures of the damage.
