Delivery Time
Our goal is to provide you with fast and dependable shipping for items purchased in our store. Order processing time typically takes 1-2 business days. Exceptions apply for busy seasons and force majeure. Transit time for small parcels takes from 5 to 8 business days, and 1 or 2 weeks for truck freight shipping.
Shipping Methods
Non-Oversized Items
We offer a standard free ground shipping via USPS, UPS or FedEx on non-oversize item orders over $99 to the addresses within the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. Order processing time may take 1-2 business days.
Oversized Items
Oversized items, such as, for example, carbon fiber stand-up paddle boards and surfboards are shipped via LTL truck freight. These items are delivered to the curbside during normal business hours and require a signature upon delivery. It is important that you provide accurate contact information that allows a freight company to reach you and appoint a delivery time window. Once your order is shipped we will provide detailed instructions to make the delivery process as smooth as possible.
The following shipping rates apply for over-sized stand-up paddle boards, windsurf boards and surfboards within contiguous US unless stated otherwise or unless free shipping on these items is a part of a promotion campaign:
- $150 to commercial addresses
- $200 to residential addresses
What to expect when you place an over-sized item order:
- We will find the best quote for shipping the package to your address
- Once the shipping cost is determined we will contact you to confirm your consent to compensate the cost
- We send you a separate invoice
- Once you clear the shipping cost invoice we ship the item
Shipping outside of the 48 states
Please contact us for delivery methods and quotes if your shipping address is outside of the continental US.
